Burnout Triumphant Series

Our Burnout Triumphant Series is here to share real-life stories of people having gone through severe burnout syndrome and coming out victorious on the other end. Burnout is a serious condition and needs to be addressed proactively and responsibly in order to prevent its occurrence in the very first place and overcome an already existing burned-out state. By sharing the stories of our guests we want to raise awareness, spread the word, and enable our viewers to recognize any potential red flags with their own lifestyle.

Our next guest on Burnout Triumphants has a lot of accomplishments and experience- Boris Hristov is the founder of presentation agency 356labs, Forbes 30 under 30, an international speaker and trainer, and a PowerPoint MVP.

Boris is the creator of 356labs, the largest presenting agency in Central and Eastern Europe. He’s also the creator of the Present to Succeed Conference, a high-end event that brings together 10,000 business people from 50+ countries to learn how to develop, design, and deliver highly great presentations.

He’s given top-rated presentations in more than 30 countries around the world, and he’s spoken three times at Microsoft’s annual Ignite conference. Boris and his team serve as the presentation agency for companies such as Uber, Mastercard, Pernod Ricard, Deloitte, Bosch, and many more, teaching their teams to be better presenters and, more recently, arranging and running their virtual and hybrid events!

He discusses how 365Labs began as a side project, the delays and effects of the Covid pandemic on the company, and the brilliant minds who attend the event. He discusses what it means to be a PowerPoint MVP, his previous IT expertise, and how 365Labs came to be.

He describes the moment he knew he was showing indications of burnout, the difficulties he had in the early years of the company, and the moment he understood something was seriously wrong. He describes the consequences of leaving his job and embarking on his recovery journey.
